Hello, I am Prof. Dr. M.K Singh

An acamedician as well as administrator for more than 42 years of Service in the HEIs. Presently he is the Vice Chancellor of Babu Dinesh Singh University, Garhwa, Palamu, Jharkhand and earilier he has worked as Professor, Head & Dean, Faculty of Commerce, University Department of Commerce & Business Management and Director, University Department of Management, Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh (Jharkhand). Prof. Singh has more than 42 years of Academic and Research Experience. He is a specialist in Human Resource Management. He has more than 40 National and 13 International conferences to his credit. He has Honour of publishing many Research Articles/ Papers in National and International Journals. He has also authored saverals Books.

He has chaired and presented keynote addresses in various National & International Conferences in India and Abroad. He is the member of various academic board and accociations. Prof. Singh has successfully organized the 68th All India Commerce Conference of Indian Commerce Association in November 2015 as Conference Secretary on the theme “Make in India; The Road Ahead. He was the President of Indian Commerce Association (2016). He is also associated with various Universities/ Institutions for academic and Research activities. Prof. Singh is a Visionary, Architect cum Founder of University Department of Management and University Law College, Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh (Jharkhand).

He has visited Lycem University of Philippines, Manila to attend International conference on “Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress” which was held in the year 2015.

Presently he is serving as Vice President of IIPA Jharkhand Unit since more than five years.

His other competencies include working as the Controller of Examination and Registrar of Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand and Registrar, NIT (Mizoram).

He has produced more than 20 Ph. D. and many candidates has enrolled for Ph.D. and D.Lit. in the Commerce and management. He has completed major Research Project of UGC on Eco-tourism in Jharkhand and a national project of Ministry of Tourism on the topic of “Social Media influencing foreign tourist visiting India” with special reference to Bodhgaya and Rajgir. He is member of various National as well as International Bodies. He has been awarded and honoured by Institutions for his valuable contribution in the field of Commerce and Management.

Prof. Singh is also serving as an Assessor of NAAC Peer Team Member/ Chairperson since last five years.

He has many Books and Articles to his credit. He is credited Chairman with performing the Job of Resource Person in many National and International Conferences Academic Staff College (HRDC).

Prof. Singh is a visionary & Dynamic person in his Academic and Professional Life as well as in his Social Life.
